From Unstarted, "Difficult" or "Problem Horses" through to Sales and Showing Horses. Stallions/Colts welcome space permitted.

Includes:

• 7 day a week turn-out in individual sand paddock

• Oversized stall with rubber mats and highly absorbent flax hull bedding

• High quality Timothy and Alfalfa hay

• Grain program included (all natural)

• Full grooming/clipping, worming, barefoot trimming as needed

• 3-6 lessons or training rides per week with head coach Dianna Epps

• Show entries (we complete all of the paperwork and register you - you pay for the show fees)

• Sales commission is set at 15% and includes a professional quality video of your sales horse

• Training is varied and enriching with groundwork, lunging, in-hand work, dressage and jumping training as well as exposure to trails.

• Daily all day turn-out in individual OR two-horse sand paddocks

• Daily Stall & Paddock Cleaning 

• Basic Blanket Changes

• 3-4 feedings a day of quality hay (Washington Timothy hay, Washington Alfalfa hay and Local Hay)

• 2 hot mashes per day (no handling charge for your supplements) (am & pm)

• Rotational grass pasture turn-out in dry months

Includes:

• ​We turn your horse in/out for you

• We feed all hay/grain (4x/day) and WE provide the hay and grain

• Our hay is Timothy Hay from Alberta and Alfalfa Hay from Alberta

• Night check

• Water checks throughout day/evening

• YOU do your Stall & Paddock Daily (we have all the tools to make this possible for you!)

• Staff on site to clean your stall/paddock if you are not available at $7/day

Includes:

• We turn your horse in and out for you

• We clean and bed your paddock/stall daily

• We feed all hay/grain (4x/day) and YOU provide the hay and grain

• Night check

• Water checks throughout day/evening

• Rotational grass turn-out in dry months 

• Perfect for horses requiring specialized diets (low sugar, etc)

Includes:

• We turn your in and out horse for you (so you don't have to rush on the way home from work to bring your horse in!)

• We feed all hay/grain (3-4x/day) as set out by you - you provide your own hay and grain (We sell our hay if you would like our Washington Timothy & Alfalfa)

• You clean your own stall/paddock daily 

• Water checks throughout day/evening

• We provide all the tools required to make self-board possible (forks, brooms, wheelbarrows etc)

• Staff on site to clean your stall/paddock if you are not available ($7/day)
